Mystery Shopping
ARC's
Mystery Shopper program utilizes trained field personnel/auditors
that make scheduled visits to pre-designated outlets for your company
and/or competitive outlets. Shopper visits are typically conducted
on a "blind" basis. Data collected on each visitation is capsuled
on an approved recording document and transferred daily through
an online data collection interface. The data is populated into
a real-time informational database accessible to you on the Internet.
The resulting database, over time, would allow for informational
reporting and manipulation on a store level, market, region, and
company-wide basis as is appropriate for your organization. In addition,
competitive outlet information would also be accessible through
the same information portal for comparative analysis.
Program design is
a careful process that takes into account issues such as peak/off
peak shopping times, field personnel training and management, standardized
scoring parameters, and in-store visitation guidelines, to name
a few.
Each mystery shopping
program, whether one-time or on-going in duration can be tailored
to meet the needs and objectives of each client. The end goal is
to use the data to develop a comprehensive database that can provide
a systematic review of the shopping experience of your customers.
The power in this program is the harnessing of information into
a useful database for your exclusive use.
