Employee Satisfaction Survey
There are clear parallels
between client and employee based satisfaction surveys. Both require
thoughtful questionnaire design that presents the questions in an
unbiased format. Employee Satisfaction Surveys require especially
diligent standards that protect the employee, build trust critical
for obtaining honest feedback, and are structured in a way that
facilitates independent thoughts to be extracted.
A comprehensive approach to identifying
the potential issues through a qualitative type effort can be a
logical first step. Focus groups and one-on-one in-depth interviews
both online and traditional are used for this purpose. Once the
issues have been exposed then a quantitative component can follow
that serves to measure the pulse of the staff on these issues. Mail
and online surveys are very effective for this step.
ARC's experience comes into play as
we outline the key findings, implications to the organization, and
an action plan to seize the opportunities identified from the study.
